The Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) is agreed by all parties and now in the signature loop.
The first signature will be done by the project leader as a representative of HESCF and sent today to MESA in Gaborone. The director of BDMS (in charge of MESA project) will then sign it and send it to the GZU, where the final signatures will be done. Finally all three parties will received a signed copy.
The MoU will sent together with the EKU and the HESCF stickers in one package.
