Good progress this week:
In Masvingo/Zimbabwe:
The pole at the GZU (The Greater Zimbabwe University) is now in place. As a picture tells more than 1000 words, check-out the pictures. By the end of next week, the
fencing of the site will be complete.
In Gaborone/Botswana:
Most components of the station equipment (antenna, UPS, LNB, etc)
have been delivered, the colleagues of the MESA-SADC-THEMA are now just waiting for the computers. The supplier has promised we will have them end of June. Then, all software will be installed on the computers, and the full system tested in Gaborone.
